2. Orientation: South facing collectors produce the most heat, but west and east work too.
3. Angle: Slope of the collector is key to capturing all the available solar energy.
4. Temperature: Your desired year round temperature.
5. Flow: Dependent on number of collectors specified and critical to optimizing system BTU production.
6. Infrastructure: Appropriate roof attachment system that guarantees integrity and system longevity.
